PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online must be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) of your choice. We may contact and verify the receiving FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). Customers are encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee prior to purchase.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.
Sales on the following items are final:
Special orders.
Products sold “as is,” “used,” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
NFA items.
Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
USED FIREARMS
Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Descriptions and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law-enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many firearms, magazines and parts available for sale may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s packaging with magazines, accessories and any applicable warranty documentation. Firearms requiring factory warranty work must be returned to the factory within one year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special-order items not normally carried by our store are not covered under our warranty unless we have explicitly guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on accessories and special-order items.
CUSTOM WORK, REPAIRS & PARTS RETURNS / SHIPPING
We offer select custom services (performed in-house) including optic cuts for slides, custom Cerakote finishes, laser engraving, barrel porting, and similar component work. Please note our shipping and transfer requirements below:
Customer-owned firearms with serialized receivers: If you are sending a firearm that contains a serialized receiver (lower receiver or other serialized component), the serialized component must be shipped to and returned from a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). You may have the firearm shipped to an FFL of your choice for inbound transfer to us; we will return serialized receivers either to that same FFL or to another FFL you designate. We will verify the receiving FFL prior to shipment.
Non-serialized parts and components: Non-serialized components (barrels, slides, handguards, optics mounts, trigger packs, etc.) may be shipped directly to our facility for work and may be shipped back directly to your home address once the work is complete.
Our serialized firearms (purchases from us): Any firearm we sell that includes a serialized receiver must be transferred to an FFL chosen by the buyer for delivery as required bylaw. Non-serialized accessories and components purchased from us can be shipped directly to the buyer’s address where legally permitted.
How to ship: When mailing parts or components to us, include a completed service order (or email order confirmation) with a return shipping address, contact phone number, and any special instructions. Pack parts securely and insure the shipment as you see fit — we are not responsible for damage in transit unless otherwise arranged.
Turnaround & shipping fees: Estimated turnaround times and shipping fees will be communicated at the time you request service. We will not ship serialized receivers directly to a private address — FFL transfer is required for all serialized receivers, inbound and outbound.
Liability & compliance: Work performed may affect warranties. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any modifications are legal in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service on items that are not legal to modify, or for which the requested work would create unsafe or unlawful conditions.
SECURE TRANSMISSION
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A TLS Certificate creates an encrypted connection between a website and a visitor’s browser, ensuring that data passed between the site and the browser remains private and secure.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, unless otherwise specified. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Online inventory changes daily. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or an item description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order, including but not limited to orders for items with pricing or description errors. If we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or will refund the money.
