Privacy Policy

Standard Issue Armory respects your privacy. We strictly protect any personal information you provide to us, including your mobile phone number.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Terms of Service & SMS Policy

By opting in to our SMS notifications (either for internal operations or customer alerts), you agree to our Terms of Service.

• Opt-In: Users can opt-in to receive alerts by filling out our registration forms or manually texting START to our designated numbers.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at standardissuearmory.co/contact.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive occasional messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Internal Operations A2P 10DLC Policy

Employees and authorized contractors utilizing the Standard Issue Armory automated digital assistant must explicitly opt-in to receive system alerts. To opt-in, employees must manually text the keyword START to the internal operations phone number provided during onboarding. By texting START, the employee acknowledges they have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The employee understands that message and data rates may apply, and they may text STOP at any time to opt-out.
